If you don't receive your item or your item has been damaged in the post, we are here to help you.
Our returns policy is 7 days from receipt of the goods, this is because our product is perishable and cannot be resold and sent out again once returned.
To complete a return, please contact us to let us know what is wrong with the item. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase and the product will need to be unused with all labels still intact and in the same condition it arrived with you in. It must be returned to us in its original packaging.  
Products must be returned by Royal Mail Signed for delivery to 78 Hyde Wood Road, Little Yeldham, Halstead, Essex, CO9 4QX. You will be responsible for paying any postage costs associated with returning the product to us.  
Refunds (If applicable) 
Upon receiving your returned order, we will inspect the item and send you an email to let you know if we approve or reject your reasons for return. 
If approved, we will only refund you the cost of the product itself and not for any postage paid on the original order. We will process your refund within 30 days following the date we receive your returned product. The credit will be applied to which ever way you originally paid for the product
